Selmech’s Dflow Crimpmaster is designed for the application of liquid preservatives onto crimped or rolled grain, particularly Propionic acid (Propcorn). Complete with electronic flow sensor and easy to use controller, the Dflow Crimpmaster ensures simple, reliable and accurate application.
The Dflow controller is mounted on anti-vibration mounts on a versatile aluminium bracket and protected by a durable, weather resistant plastic cover. The easy-to-use controller features two dials, one for the user to enter the amount of grain being treated (tonnes per hour) and the other for the application rate of the additive (litres per tonne). Using this information in conjunction with readings from the electronic flow sensor, the pump is adjusted automatically to ensure that it is delivering exactly what the operator has requested, no calibration required. Should the pump fail to meet the application rate requested, because of a blockage, empty tank or other drop in flow, the user will be alerted.
The Dflow Crimpmaster stem pumps are designed to fit into a 200 litre barrel but can also be used in IBCs. For smaller containers a short reach option can be made to special order. They have an output range of 0.5 to 10 Litres per minute (open flow)
The Dflow Crimpmaster includes everything you need inside the box, including the pump, Dflow Controller, Flow Sensor assembly, 10m of robust braided tubing, power cables and filter.
Automatically monitors and adjusts the pump to keep it’s output to deliver additive precisely.
Set how many tonnes per hour you are treating and the application rate in litres per tonne.
Stop and start the applicator by pressing the run hold green button to run an hold the applicator.
A long press of the green button will display the total litres applied. This can be reset to zero.
Positioned near to the application point the flow sensor monitors the flow of the additive.
