Dflow Powdermaster

With our Dflow Powdermaster powder or granular additive can be dispensed more precisely. It has servoing digital control box that can easily be set up to use with all brands of dry silage or forage additive used on home grown forages.
The additive is dispensed from the hopper via a fluted rotor and gravity fed down a single 50mm diameter or three 25mm diameter tubes (These are easily inter-changeable using a simple adapter kit).
blower attachment
There is also a blower attachment option that can be supplied where gravity feed is not possible or difficult to accommodate. This can be easily fitted to the Powdermaster applicator in place of the tubes.
Volumetric calibration
To accommodate the different types of carriers used in the manufacture of powder or granular silage additives the volumetric weight can be entered to ensure acurate delivery of that product.
The Powdermaster is suitable for self propelled and trailed forage harvester, forage wagons, and balers.
Hopper material
The hopper is manufactured from high density plastic to avoid problems associated with condensation and is available in the standard 50kg capacity option or the lager 80kg capacity (typically 2x 20kg bags or 3x 20kg bags respectively).
Thru-beam crop detectors
Selmech's thru-beam crop detectors can be used with the Dflow Powdermaster to turn the motor on and off automatically
Output range:
50g - 2000g per minute depending on volumetric weight of additive
Digital controller
The control box automatically monitors and adjusts the Dflow Powdermaster motor to keep it’s output constant, this enables the pump to deliver additive precisely.
